- 5 eggs
- 4 level Tbsp. self-rising flour
- 5 Tbsp. melted butter
- 4 c. cold milk
- 8 oz. pkg. coconut (Angel Flake)
- pastry for two (9-inch) pies
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Combine sugar and flour.

2Beat eggs and add to flour and sugar mixture, then add milk and butter.

3Mix in coconut and vanilla. Pour into pie crust.

4Bake at 350° until golden brown, about 1 hour.
