  • 5 eggs
  • 4 level Tbsp. self-rising flour
  • 5 Tbsp. melted butter
  • 4 c. cold milk
  • 8 oz. pkg. coconut (Angel Flake)
  • pastry for two (9-inch) pies
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Combine sugar and flour.

    Beat eggs and add to flour and sugar mixture, then add milk and butter.

    Mix in coconut and vanilla. Pour into pie crust.
