- 1/2 c. flour
- 2 c. milk
- 1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
- 1 1/2 c. flaked coconut
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla
- 1/4 tsp. salt
Directions

1Combine all ingredients, except coconut, in electric blender container.

2Process for 10 seconds.

3Stir in coconut.

4Pour into a buttered 9-inch deep dish pie plate.

5Bake at 350° for 35 minutes or until set (pie will puff, then fall slightly).

6Cool and chill thoroughly.
