Coconut Custard Pie

  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
  • 1 1/2 c. flaked coconut
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp. salt

Directions

    Combine all ingredients, except coconut, in electric blender container.

    Process for 10 seconds.

    Stir in coconut.

    Pour into a buttered 9-inch deep dish pie plate.

    Bake at 350° for 35 minutes or until set (pie will puff, then fall slightly).

    Cool and chill thoroughly.
