  • 3/4 c. margarine
  • 1 1/2 c. flour
  • 3/4 c. finely chopped pecans
  • 1 c. powdered sugar
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese
  • 3 c. whipped topping, thawed
  • 2 (3 1/8 oz.) pkg. coconut cream pudding
  • 1 (21 oz.) can cherry pie filling
  • toasted coconut (optional)

Directions

    Blend margarine and flour with pastry blender into coarse meal consistency.

    Add pecans and press into 9 x 13-inch baking pan. Bake at 350°

    for 20 minutes, or until golden brown.

    Cool.
