- 2 lb. yellow squash
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 c. cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 c. shredded carrots
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. stuffing mix
- 1/2 c. margarine
Directions

1Cook onion and squash 3 minutes in microwave.

2Stir, cook another 2 minutes, drain.

3Combine soup, sour cream and carrots. Spread 1/2 of dry stuffing mix in bottom of dish.

4Add squash/onion to soup mixture.

5Put in dish.

6Top with rest of stuffing mix.

7Drizzle melted butter on top.

8Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.
