- 1 stick soft oleo
- 1 c. flour
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
- 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
- 1 (9 oz.) Cool Whip
- 1 c. confectioners sugar
- Angel Flake coconut
- 2 small pkg. instant coconut pudding
- 3 c. milk
Directions

1Mix oleo, flour and pecans and pat into bottom of 13 x 9-inch pan.

2Bake 25 minutes at 350°.

3Let this cool real well.

4Mix cream cheese, 1 cup Cool Whip and confectioners sugar well and spread over the first layer.

5Sprinkle with coconut.

6Mix the instant pudding and milk until thickened.

7Spread over second layer. Spread remainder of Cool Whip over third layer and sprinkle with coconut and more chopped nuts for garnish.
