- 1 c. sugar
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 1/2 stick butter
- 3 egg yolks
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 1/3 c. flake coconut
- 1 c. chopped pecans
Directions

1Mix sugar, butter, egg yolks and vanilla in one pan.

2Cook over medium heat, stirring, until thick (about 12 minutes).

3Stir in coconut and pecans.

4Spread in pan and bake 15 to 20 minutes or until done at 350°.
