- 1 pkg. yellow cake mix (18.5 oz. size)
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 c. milk
- 1 medium carton Cool Whip
- 1 c. fresh frozen coconut
Directions

1Bake cake according to package directions in a 9 x 13-inch pan.

2While still warm, pierce cake every 1 1/2 inches with blunt handle end of a butter knife.

3Boil sugar and milk together for one minute.

4Add 1/2 cup coconut and pour over cake.

5Chill.
