Ingredients

  • 3 c. sugar
  • 1 1/2 c. whole milk or cream
  • 1 c. fine coconut (6 oz. frozen or 8 oz. pkg.)

Directions

    Boil sugar, milk and coconut to the right consistency.

    Cool in refrigerator until ready to spread on layers.

    If too stiff, add small amount of milk.
