  • 2 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 c. sweet milk
  • 3 egg whites, beaten
  • 2 pkg. frozen coconut (do not use canned)

Directions

    Combine all ingredients, including beaten egg whites in a heavy 2-quart boiler.

    Cook over medium heat; heat to a boil. Boil 3 minutes.

    Stir while cooking.
