  • 2 Tablespoons Sugar
  • 2 cloves Garlic, Minced
  • 1 whole Jalapeno Pepper, Seeded And Minced
  • 1- 1/2 teaspoon Ground Coriander
  • 1/2 teaspoons Black Pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoons Turmeric
  • 1 cup Unsweetened Coconut Milk
  • 1- 1/2 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1- 1/2 Tablespoon Lime Juice

    Lay chicken in a shallow pan (like a 9x13 dish).

    In a large bowl, combine sugar, garlic, jalapeno pepper, coriander, pepper and turmeric.

    Mix and press the ingredients into the bowl to release the oils.

    Stir in the coconut milk (shake the can first!

    Pour marinade over chicken and let sit for 30 minutes in the fridge.
