- 13 c. bottled hoisin sauce
- 3 c. Shredded romaine lettuce
- 1/2 c. chopped radishes
- 1/4 c. thinly sliced scallions
Directions

1Mix chicken strips with 2 tablespoons of the hoisin sauce.

2Spread remaining sauce on partially baked crust.

3Spread chicken strips on top.

4Bake 10 minutes or until crust is browned and chicken is opaque (check undersides of a few pieces to make sure).

5Top with lettuce, radishes and scallions.
