- 5 c. crumbled soft coconut macaroons
- 1/2 c. white wine or creme de cocoa or fruit juice
- 1/2 c. nonfat vanilla yogurt
- 2 large eggs
- 1 Tbsp. grated lemon zest
- 1/3 c. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Directions

1Grease 8-inch round baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Put macaroons in dish.

2In bowl, mix all other ingredients.

3Mix well.

4Pour over macaroons.

5Place pan in water bath (larger pan filled 1/2 with water; place macaroon pan inside).

6Bake in preheated oven at 350° for 40 minutes.

7Remove from oven and water bath and cool.

8Serve with whipped topping and garnish (nuts, cherries, etc.).
