- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. butter, softened
- 1/4 c. self-rising flour
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 1/2 c. shredded coconut
- 1 baked 9-inch pie shell
Directions

1Beat sugar, eggs and salt until mixture is lemon-colored.

2Add butter and flour and blend well.

3Add milk and fold in 1 cup coconut.

4Pour into pie shell.

5Top with remaining coconut.

6Bake at 325° about 1 hour.
