  • 1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
  • 1/4 c. chopped pecans
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. flour
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/3 c. flaked coconut
  • 1/2 c. butter or margarine, melted
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Sprinkle pecans over bottom of pie shell.

    Combine remaining ingredients; pour into pie shell.

    Bake in slow oven (325°) until golden brown and almost set, about 45 minutes.
