  • 14 oz. bag coconut
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 egg whites, beaten stiff

Directions

    Combine coconut, milk and vanilla, stirring with spoon until blended. Add beaten egg whites, folding into mixture gently. Do not overmix. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake at 325° for 15 minutes or until top of cookie is lightly browned.
