- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup finely chopped walnuts
- 2/3 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2/3 cup butter
- Filling
- 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup whipping cream
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
Directions

1In a bowl, combine flour, walnuts, brown sugar and salt; cut in butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

2Set half aside; press remaining crumb mixture onto the bottom of a greased 13 X 9-inch baking pan.

3Bake at 350 degrees for 8-12 minutes, or until lightly browned.

4In a mixing bowl, beat filling ingredients until smooth; pour over crust.

5Sprinkle with reserved crumb mixture.

6Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.

7Cool completely.
