  • 2 egg whites
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 2/3 c. sugar
  • 1 (3 1/2 oz.) can flaked coconut

Directions

    Beat egg whites, vanilla and dash of salt until soft peaks form. Gradually add sugar, beating to stiff peaks. Fold in coconut. Drop from a teaspoon onto a greased cookie sheet. Bake in 325° oven about 20 minutes. Cool. Makes 20 to 24.
