- 1/3 c. white sugar
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 2 egg whites (unbeaten)
- 1/2 tsp. almond extract

11Drop by teaspoonfuls

12onto greased and floured cookie sheet.

13Bake at 325° for 20 minutes, until edge is brown.

14Remove at once with spatula and cool on wax paper or paper towel.
