  • 1 1/3 c. Angel Flake coconut, packed
  • 1/3 c. white sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 2 egg whites (unbeaten)
  • 1/2 tsp. almond extract

    Drop by teaspoonfuls

    onto greased and floured cookie sheet.

    Bake at 325° for 20 minutes, until edge is brown.

    Remove at once with spatula and cool on wax paper or paper towel.
