- 1 cup minced onion
- 1 cup chopped green pepper
- 12 cup currants
- 2 cups uncooked rice
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 12 teaspoon pepper
- 12 teaspoon curry powder
- 1 quart chicken broth
Directions

1Heat oil in a wok; stir in onion, green pepper and currants, stirring until tender (about 10 minutes).
