  • 1 cup minced onion
  • 1 cup chopped green pepper
  • 12 cup currants
  • 2 cups uncooked rice
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 12 teaspoon pepper
  • 12 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1 quart chicken broth
