- 2 large egg whites
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 (7 oz.) bag flaked coconut
- 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
Directions

1Preheat oven to 300°.

2Grease and flour large cookie sheet. In small bowl with mixer at high speed, beat egg whites and salt until soft peaks form.

3Beating at high speed, sprinkle in sugar 2 tablespoons at a time, beating well after each addition, until sugar is completely dissolved.

4Beat in vanilla (whites should stand in stiff glossy peaks).

5With rubber spatula fold in coconut and flour.
