- 1 1/3 c. flaked coconut
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 3 tsp. all-purpose flour
- 1/3 tsp. salt
- 2 egg whites
- 1/2 tsp. almond extract
Directions

1Heat oven to 325°.

2Mix coconut, sugar, flour and salt in large bowl.

3Stir in egg whites and almond extract until well blended.

4Drop from teaspoon onto lightly greased baking sheet. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until edge of cookies are golden brown. Remove from baking sheet immediately.

5Makes about 18 macaroons.
