- 2/3 c. sugar
- 1 1/3 c. coconut
Directions

1Beat egg whites with salt and vanilla until stiff.

2Gradually add sugar until stiff peaks form.

3Fold in coconut.

4Drop by teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet.

5Bake at 325° for 20 minutes.
