  • 2 egg whites
  • dash of salt
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 2/3 c. sugar
  • 1 1/3 c. coconut

Directions

    Beat egg whites with salt and vanilla until stiff.

    Gradually add sugar until stiff peaks form.

    Fold in coconut.

    Drop by teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet.

    Bake at 325° for 20 minutes.
