- 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 1/2 cups flaked coconut
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 2/3 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
Directions

1In a bowl, combine flour, coconut and salt.

2Add milk and vanilla; mix well (batter will be stiff).

3Drop by tablespoonfuls 1 inch apart onto a greased baking sheet.

4Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.

5Remove to a wire rack to cool.
