- 1/3 c. all-purpose flour
- 2 1/2 c. flaked coconut
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 2/3 c. sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1In a bowl, combine flour, coconut and salt.

2Add milk and vanilla.

3Mix well.

4Batter will be stiff.

5Drop by spoonfuls 1-inch apart onto a greased baking sheet.

6Bake at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.

7Remove to a wire rack to cool. Yields 1 1/2 dozen.
