- 1 c. sugar
- 2 egg whites
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 c. shredded coconut
Directions

1Sift sugar.

2Beat egg whites with salt until stiff.

3Very slowly, add sugar beating constantly.

4Fold in vanilla and coconut.

5Drop from teaspoon onto greased and floured cookie sheet.

6Bake at 300° about 25 minutes.

7Remove quickly from pan. Makes 4 dozen.
