- 2 egg whites
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 3 c. flaked coconut
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Lightly grease and flour large cookie sheet.

2Beat egg whites and salt at high speed until soft peaks form.

3Add sugar gradually beating at high speed until sugar is completely dissolved; beat in vanilla.

4Fold in coconut and flour.

5Drop onto prepared cookie sheet 1 tablespoon at a time, about 1 inch apart.

6Bake 20 minutes at 300° or until slightly browned.

7Remove from cookie sheet with metal spatula onto wire rack to cool.

8Store in tightly covered container.

9Use in 3 days.
