  • 1 (14 oz.) bag Baker's coconut
  • 1 c. Eagle Brand milk
  • 2 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Combine all ingredients and mix well.

    Drop by teaspoon about 1-inch apart on well-greased baking sheet.

    (You may decorate with halved maraschino cherries or sprinkle with multi-colored sprinkles or sugar crystals.)

    Bake at 350° for 10 to 12 minutes or until lightly browned.

    Remove at once with moistened spatula.
