  • 1/4 cups Maple Syrup
  • 1 can (13 1/2 Oz. Size) Unsweetened Coconut Milk

    In a medium-sized bowl, beat the egg white and maple syrup with a handheld electric mixer until you have soft peaks. Add the coconut milk and beat at low speed just to incorporate it. Chill the mousse before serving to firm it up a little bit.
