Coconut Mousse

- 1 can coconut milk (400 ml)
- 1 can condensed milk (300 ml)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup hot water
- 1 1/2 tbsp unflavoured gelatine
Directions

1Pour the coconut milk, condensed milk and vanilla extract into a large bowl.

2Combine together well until smooth.

3Dissolve completely the gelatin in the hot water.

4Gradually pour the water into the cream mixture and mix well.

5Pour the mixture either into individual small cups or into a shallow container.

6Transfer to the fridge and chill intil the mousse has set.

7Decorate with your chosen topping.

8I simply added sprinkled powdered sugar on the mousse.
