Edamame with Garlic

  • 4 cup edamame
  • 4 tbsp chopped garlic
  • 2 quart boiling water
  • 3 tbsp olive oil

    I used frozen edamame.

    Place edamame in a bowl and add salt, let sit to defrost

    Boil a pot of water

    Blanch edamame for 1 minute

    Drain edamame

    In a hot fry pan add olive oil and garlic

    Add edamame to fry pan and fry for 3 to 4 minutes.

    Place in a bowl and enjoy.
