- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1 pint (2 cups) Land O Lakes Heavy Whipping Cream
- 1/2 cup sweetened flaked coconut
- 1/2 teaspoon coconut flavoring or vanilla
- Toasted sweetened flaked coconut, if desired
