  • 4 eggs
  • 1 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 6 or 7 oz. can coconut
  • 1/2 c. self-rising flour
  • 1/2 stick oleo, melted
  • 2 c. milk

Directions

    Combine all ingredients.

    Mix well and pour into two 9-inch pie pans.

    Bake at 325° for 30 minutes or until brown.
