- 8 to 10 slices bread, cubed
- 1/4 lb. Jack cheese, cubed
- 1/4 lb. Cheddar cheese, cubed
- 1 lb. ham, cubed
- 5 eggs
- 2 c. milk
- 1/4 to 1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
- 1/2 c. butter
Directions

1Place 1/2 of the cubed bread on bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan. Arrange ham and cheeses over bread.

2Beat eggs, milk and mustard together and pour over ham and cheese.

3Add the remaining cubed bread and drizzle butter over top.

4Serves 12 to 15.
