  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 small can milk
  • 1 small can water
  • 1/2 stick margarine
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • dash of salt
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. moist flaked coconut
  • 1 unbaked pie shell

Directions

    Beat eggs.

    Add flour, sugar, melted butter, salt, milk and water (measured in milk can) and vanilla.

    Mix well.

    Pour into pie shell; sprinkle coconut over top.

    Bake at 350° until set and brown about 1 1/2 hours.
