  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 1 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1 stick butter, softened
  • 1 heaping Tbsp. flour
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 box coconut or 3 1/2 oz. can
  • 1 pie crust

Directions

    Mix butter, sugar and flour together.

    Add eggs and stir.

    Add remaining ingredients and stir thoroughly, saving coconut until last.

    Place mixture in thawed pie crust.

    Cook at 350° until set.
