  • 1 1/2 c. white sugar
  • 1/2 stick margarine
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 c. coconut
  • deep dish pie shell

    Melt margarine.

    Add to all remaining ingredients that have been covered in a mixing bowl.

    Cover bowl and store in refrigerator overnight.

    Cook in a deep dish pie shell at 375° for about 40 minutes.
