- 2 c. milk
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 1/2 to 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1 tsp. flavoring
- 1/2 c. coconut
- 1 Tbsp. margarine
Directions

1Heat 2 cups milk on simmer while mixing egg yolks, sugar, cornstarch, salt and milk.

2Mix well, add to milk, stir constantly.

3When thick, add flavoring, coconut and margarine; cook until blended.

4Place in cooked pie shell, add meringue, bake about 15 minutes at 375° or until meringue is browned to your liking.
