  • 2 c. milk
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. biscuit mix
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 c. margarine
  • 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. Baker's Angel Flake coconut

Directions

    Combine milk, sugar, biscuit mix, eggs, butter and vanilla in electric blender.

    Cover and blend on low 3 minutes.

    Add coconut and pour into 9-inch greased pie pan.

    Let stand a few minutes. Bake at 350° for about 40 minutes.
