  • 2 deep dish pie crusts
  • 7 oz. Baker's coconut
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 c. milk
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 stick margarine

    Beat

    eggs, add sugar and mix together.

    Melt margarine and add

    to egg and sugar mixture.

    Blend in vanilla and stir well; add milk slowly (stirring with mixer while adding).

    Add coconut and mix well; pour in unbaked pie shell.

    Bake for 30 to 60 minutes at 350° until nice and brown.

    Makes 2 deep dish pies.
