- 7 oz. Baker's coconut
- 4 eggs
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 c. milk
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 stick margarine
Directions

2eggs, add sugar and mix together.

3Melt margarine and add

4to egg and sugar mixture.

5Blend in vanilla and stir well; add milk slowly (stirring with mixer while adding).

6Add coconut and mix well; pour in unbaked pie shell.

7Bake for 30 to 60 minutes at 350° until nice and brown.
