  • 3 eggs (yolks only in pie)
  • 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 2 to 3 c. milk
  • coconut to taste

Directions

    Mix first 3 ingredients and cook until thick.

    Remove from heat.

    Add coconut and 1 teaspoon vanilla.

    Pour into baked pie shell.

    Add meringue.

    Sprinkle with coconut and brown in 350° oven.
