- 3/4 c. sugar
- 3 eggs (yolks only in pie)
- 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 2 to 3 c. milk
- coconut to taste
Directions

1Mix first 3 ingredients and cook until thick.

2Remove from heat.

3Add coconut and 1 teaspoon vanilla.

4Pour into baked pie shell.

5Add meringue.

6Sprinkle with coconut and brown in 350° oven.
