  • 1 stick butter, melted
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 3/4 c. buttermilk
  • pinch of salt
  • 5 eggs, beaten
  • 1 c. Angel Flake coconut
  • 2 (9-inch) frozen pie shells

Directions

    Cream together butter and sugar; add beaten eggs and mix well. Add all other ingredients and stir until well mixed.
