  • 5 eggs
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 c. buttermilk
  • 2 frozen pie shells
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 7 oz. Angel Flake coconut
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Mix all together.

    Pour into pie crust. Bake at 350° about 30 minutes or until done in center.

    For 1 pie use 3 eggs and half the other ingredients.

    Delicious and easy. Makes two.
