  • 1/4 c. cornstarch
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 to 3/4 c. coconut
  • 1 baked 9-inch pie crust

    Combine sugar and cornstarch.

    Beat egg yolks slightly, add with milk to sugar and cook until thickens.

    Remove from heat and add butter and vanilla.
