  • 3 1/2 oz. can Baker's coconut
  • 5 medium eggs
  • 2 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 c. buttermilk
  • 2 unbaked regular pie shells

    Using large bowl, beat eggs until mixed well.

    Add sugar and salt.

    Mix well.

    Melt margarine.

    Add to other mixture.

    Add buttermilk and coconut.

    Stir in vanilla.
