  • 1 deep-dish pie crust shell
  • 1 1/2 c. white sugar
  • 1 small (5.33 oz.) can evaporated milk
  • 1/2 stick melted butter
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 3/4 c. coconut

Directions

    Mix sugar, coconut and milk.

    Add remaining ingredients and mix well.

    Do not beat.

    Pour into unbaked pie shell and bake at 325° for 45 minutes.
