- 1 1/8 pounds chicken
- 1 tablespoon pepper
- 3 curry leaves
Directions

1Heat oil in a wok and add sliced onions.

2When onions get well fried and turn golden brown add sliced green chillies and ginger garlic paste.

3Fry them well and add chilly powder and coriander powder and saute for a minute till the raw smell goes.

4Add chopped tomatoes and stir them in to coat the masala.

5Add chicken pieces and mix them well.

6Cook the chicken by keeping the flame in simmer and covering the wok with lid.

7Stir ocassionally till chicken is cooked completely.

8Add 1 tbsp pepper powder and stir in.

9In a tadka pan add 1 tbsp oil and fry curry leaves till crisp.

10Add it to the chicken and serve hot with rice.
