- 1 onion small, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro chopped
- 2 teaspoons ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 2 1/4 pounds prawns peeled, deveined, tails intact
- mixed greens to serve
Directions

1Preheat grill. Combine onion, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, herbs and spices. Season. Add prawns and toss to coat. Thread onto 8 metal skewers.

2Grill over medium-high heat for 1-2 mins per side, until cooked. Serve with mixed greens.
