- 2 1/2 c. sugar
- 3 c. milk
- 5 eggs
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- butter (size of walnut)
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Beat eggs well.

2Add sugar in which flour is mixed; beat well. Add butter and coconut, then milk; mix well.

3Add vanilla.

4Bake in uncooked pie shell at 375° until filling shakes like jelly and pie is golden brown, about 45 minutes.

5Makes 3 small pies.
