  • 2 pkg. frozen coconut
  • 2 1/2 c. sugar
  • 3 c. milk
  • 5 eggs
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • butter (size of walnut)
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

    Beat eggs well.

    Add sugar in which flour is mixed; beat well. Add butter and coconut, then milk; mix well.

    Add vanilla.

    Bake in uncooked pie shell at 375° until filling shakes like jelly and pie is golden brown, about 45 minutes.

    Makes 3 small pies.
