- 3/4 cup flour
- 1 stick margarine
- 2 3/4 cups milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 large bag Tubby Jr. Coconut
- 2 pie shells, baked
Directions

1Combine sugar and flour.

3Add milk.

4Gradually add rest of ingredients and cook until thick.

5Add coconut and stir. Pour into baked pie shells. Top with favorite meringue and bake at 350 degrees until brown.
