  • 6 Tbsp. margarine
  • 1/4 c. buttermilk*
  • 3 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 3/4 c. coconut
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla
  • 1 (9-inch) pastry shell (unbaked)

Directions

    Cream the sugar and margarine.

    Stir in buttermilk and eggs. Add coconut and vanilla.
